A: The single bedroom, single bath Lofts begin at 129,000. All of the River Lofts have the ability to add a second/third bedroom and bath for additonal fees.

A: Mineral Springs Development will work with all of your own ideas and additions to create the exact space that you will call home.
Q: How many units are available?
A: There are 24 River Lofts and currently there are still 7 Lofts available.
Q: How long will it take before I can move into my Loft?
A: Depending upon the upgrade options that you choose our occupany time is between 4-6 weeks.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes. The River Lofts welcomes one pet per Loft.
Q: Are there association dues?
A: Yes. They are $79.00/month. That includes the building liability insurance, lanscaping, snow removal, builiding housekeeping and shared building utilities.
